Vijaya Bhaskar R Siddareddi is an accomplished entrepreneur and Co-Founder & Director of Familybirdz Softlab Private Limited, where he has been instrumental in setting the vision and executing strategies to realize digital platforms around Internet-of-Things (IoT) and family social-networking. With over 6 years of experience in product startups, Vijaya has established himself as a seasoned leader in the industry. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Vijaya held leadership roles in product development, services, and solutions teams in various geographies. During his tenure at IBM, he influenced business worth 60 million USD by proposing, leading teams, and delivering solutions for customers in different sectors. As a Certified IT Architect, his experience spans retail, financial services, healthcare, telecom, and media-entertainment industry verticals. Vijaya completed his Masters in Computer Technology from IIT Delhi in 1997 and has over 20 years of holistic IT experience. He has developed and managed software products, led teams, architected scalable and high-performing IT solutions to solve business problems, carved marketing plans, handled finances, raised funds, and recruited/retained talent. His technical, business, and leadership skills, supported by passion, commitment, and honesty, have helped him achieve organizational goals. Apart from his current role at Familybirdz, Vijaya has also co-founded and directed M2M Innovations LLP. He has also worked as an IT Architect at IBM Software Lab, Lab-based Services. Vijaya's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University and a Master's degree in Computer Technology from IIT Delhi. With 23.36 years of relevant experience, Vijaya is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in IoT, family social-networking, product development, services, solutions, and IT architecture.
